Compliance Manager (Full-time)

If you are organized and a stickler for details and processes, this job may be for you.

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all of the programs and operations are in compliance with regulations and policies related to programming and staff required by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, the Child Care Council, the Rochester City School District, Foodlink, funders, and other partnering organizations. This position also ensures that the programs provide a safe environment, quality care, and program excellence for all participants.



Site Coordinator (Full-time)

If you enjoy working with school-age children and using your leadership skills to help students succeed and grow, consider applying to be an after-school program Site Coordinator at one of four Rochester City School District elementary schools.

The Site Coordinator works directly with children, parents, and school staff and provides daily planning and support to the after-school programs that host up to 100 students each. The major emphasis is on providing a safe environment, quality care, and program excellence and communicating regularly with parents and guardians. This position also works closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all regulations are maintained and grant requirements are achieved.



After-School Staff (Part-time)

A variety of late-afternoon jobs are available to support after-school programs, which operate five days a week, three hours per day. These position include:
  • Project-Based Learning Teachers lead a multidisciplinary approach with reading, writing, math, science, and social studies knowledge and skills incorporated into hands-on, high-interest activities.

  • Site Support Staff monitor and interact with students to keep them engaged in intellectual, creative, artistic, and physical activities.
